We provide corporate office catering of our delicious hot and cold sandwiches, salads and desserts to Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas. You can choose our sandwich trays and salads for a buffet-style experience or our box lunches for quick “grab and go” office meetings that are easy to set up and clean up. Each box lunch contains a full or half deli sandwich, side and a slice of our lemon cake for dessert!
Classic Deli Sandwich Trays, Salads and Desserts
Our Classic Deli Sandwich catering menu includes sandwich trays and sandwich boxes, family-style salads and dessert. All of our sandwiches are dressed with our signature sauces and piled high with our locally-sourced meats including hand-carved beef and pork that we roast in our own ovens. Be sure to enhance your dining experience with our own freshly-made salads, sides and desserts.
Our Hot Food Truck Catering
For our hot sandwich menu, you can book our truck to come to your site.
If we are already booked at your office location, you can order from our truck menu by 8am for delivery of our hot sandwiches into your building. Call Mike at 352-339-2835 to place your order. You must accept delivery by 11:30am. There is no minimum order and no delivery fee.

Order by 1pm from our Classic Deli Sandwich menu for delivery the next day. Book early, delivery times fill quickly. Minimum delivery order $100. We supply plates, napkins, eating and serving utensils at no charge.
Cuban Sandwich Tray

Savor the flavors of our classic Ybor or Miami cuban sandwiches. Roast pork, baked ham, genoa salami, swiss cheese mustard and pickles piled high on our fresh-baked cuban-style bread and served quartered but not pressed or grilled. The Ybor comes with mustard and the Miami with our Miami mayo sauce. Lettuce and tomato are served on the side for the Miami tray.

Served in a 13 x 9 pan, each salad serves 6-8 as a meal and 10-20 as a side. Choose Balsamic Vinaigrette, Ranch, 1000 Island or Greek dressing.

Home-made Dessert
Baked in our own ovens and made with the finest ingredients, our Lemon Pound Cake is well worth the indulgence. Order in advance for pick up or delivery, please give us at least 48 hour notice. No minimum order for whole cakes.
